Who to call for urgent medical problem when we are closed
If you have an URGENT medical problem on a weekday between 8am and 6.30pm please call Barndoc on 020 8865 0350. If you need assistance after 6.30pm then please call 111. If you need medical assistance on any weekend or Bank Holiday then please call 111.
We aim to provide high quality care in all aspects of medical care to our patients and encourage our patients to take an active care in their health. We are a fully computerised practice and all consultations, medical histories and test results are recorded in a patient’s computer record.
We respectfully ask patients to refrain from using mobile phones in the Practice and smoking is prohibited in the surgery premises.
Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We have a designated disabled parking space in our car park. We also have a disabled toilet. An interpreter service is available for patients who need it. Patients wishing to use this service will need to book appointments in advance (minimum 1 week ahead) in order for us to organise an interpreter to be present at the time of the appointment. We cannot guarantee that interpreter will always be available for the appointment.
Access - You have a right to know what information we hold about you. If you would like to see your records please contact the Practice for details on how to go about. Please note that there is a charge to access medical records.
Chaperone – If you would like a chaperone present during your consultation then if possible please advice the Receptionist when booking your appointment or you can request this before your examination.
Third Parties Consent- The practice may share your personal information with other NHS organisations where this is appropriate for your healthcare.In other circumstances we may approach you for specific consent to release personal information to third parties. Information will not normally be released to other family members without written patient consent.
Texting Service- The practice will send out automated reminders regarding pre-booked appointments via your mobile telephone so please keep us informed of your latest mobile number.
